Triumeq (dolutegravir / abacavir / lamivudine) is a combination oral antiretroviral medication used to treat HIV-1 infection by preventing viral replication and reducing viral load. It combines three active ingredients—dolutegravir (50 mg), abacavir (600 mg), and lamivudine (300 mg)—to reduce viral load. Triumeq is a once-daily fixed-dose tablet used to treat HIV-1 in adults and children (weighing at least 6 kg or 25 kg, depending on formulation). Patients must test negative for the HLA-B*5701 gene before starting, as it indicates a severe, potentially fatal allergic reaction risk to abacavir. Triumeq is a trademark of and manufactered by ViiV Healthcare, which is a specialist HIV company owned by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Pfizer and Shionogi. Buy Triumeq 600/50/300mg tablets at our online pharmacy XL for low prices, without prescription and with free shipping for your HIV treatments and to improve your health.

Triumeq (dolutegravir / abacavir / lamivudine)
Common use of Triumeq
Triumeq combines abacavir, dolutegravir, and lamivudine to treat HIV-1 infection in adults and children. Abacavir and lamivudine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) that block viral DNA formation, while dolutegravir is an integrase inhibitor that prevents the virus from integrating into human DNA. Together, they help control viral replication and maintain immune function.
Dosage and direction
Triumeq is taken orally, usually once daily with or without food. Swallow tablets whole; do not crush or chew. Dosage may vary based on age, weight, kidney function, and previous HIV treatment. Regular monitoring of viral load, liver, and kidney function is recommended.
Precautions
Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, a history of lactic acidosis, heart disease, or if you carry the HLA-B*5701 gene, which increases the risk of abacavir hypersensitivity. Do not stop therapy abruptly, as it may cause viral rebound.
Contraindications
Do not use Triumeq if allergic to abacavir, dolutegravir, lamivudine, or any component of the tablet. It is contraindicated in patients with prior abacavir hypersensitivity.
Triumeq side effect
Common side effects of Triumeq include headache, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and insomnia. Serious side effects may include severe hypersensitivity reactions, liver toxicity, lactic acidosis, or immune reconstitution syndrome. Seek medical attention if severe symptoms occur.
Drug interaction
Triumeq may interact with certain anticonvulsants, rifampin, metformin, and other medications affecting liver enzymes or kidney function. Inform your doctor of all prescription drugs, over-the-counter products, and supplements you are taking.
Missed dose
If a Triumeq dose is missed, take it as soon as possible. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses at once.
Triumeq Overdose
Overdose of Triumeq may cause severe nausea, vomiting, or dizziness. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.
Storage
Store Triumeq pills at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and light. Keep tablets in the original container and out of reach of children.
